Creamy pineapple jelly: a beautiful and tasty dessert

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup water
3 tbsp unflavoured gelatin
3 packs of pineapple gelatin 85 g each
1-2 cans pineapple rings pieces
1 cup approx.glace' cherries
1 pack /80z cream cheese 250 g
1 can condensed milk 395 g
1 can evaporated milk 375 ml
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
Prepare the jelly (follow the package directions). Use a cooking spray to grease the mold and pour some gelatin. Put the pineapple rings and cherries in the mold and add other gelatin. Let it cool. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, condensed milk and evaporated milk, finally add the gelatin mixer and pour on the cake. Let it cool and enjoy this dessert.
