Deep Fried Mash Potato Croquettes: A Real Treat For Your Palate

Ingredients:
Mashed potatoes (to taste)
Diced salami
Salt
Pepper
5 eggs
Flour
Bread crumbs
Fry oil
 
Preparation:
Mash the potatoes, then mix them with salt, pepper and salami. Form small portions and place them in the pan. Let it rest in the fridge for an hour. Then coat in eggs, flour and breadcrumbs. Deep fry in boiling oil.
