Swordfish Sicilian-style Recipe

Ingredients:
swordfish steaks
2 anchovy fillets
half red onion
½ cup white wine
green olives, sliced
capers
10 cherry tomatoes
Salt
Olive oil
 
Preparation:
Put the sliced onion in the pan with the oil and brown it; add the tomatoes cut in half, the capers, the anchovies and the olives and cook for 3-4 minutes; add the white wine and let it evaporate for 3-4 minutes; finally add the swordfish fillets and cook 5 minutes per side.
