Egg stuffed meatloaf: a very tasty and easy recipe

Ingredients:
500 gr minced meat
1 onion, grated
1 egg
200 gr bread crumbs
Balsamic vinegar (optional)
Peas, carrots, celery
3 boiled eggs
Salt

Ingredients:
Mix the minced meat with onion, egg, bread crumbs, vinegar and salt. Then spread the meat and fill it. Roll and bake at 400°F (200°) for 45/50 minutes.
