Vegan red beans

Ingredients:
 400g dried red beans
1/2 onion
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 clove of garlic
Chili pepper
Paprika
Pepper
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
 
Directions:
Soak the beans for 8 hours or overnight; brown onion and garlic in a few tablespoons of oil; add chili, then pour beans and tomato paste; add a little water and salt; complete with paprika and pepper.
