Cut pizza dough with a glass: the sandwich hides a yummy surprise inside

Directions: Stretch pizza dough and put salami, tomatoes and ricotta cheese along the edges and in the center. Cover everything with more dough and create circular shapes with a glass. Brush beaten egg yolk on each shape and sprinkle sesame. Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes.
