Sweet rolls

INGREDIENTS:For dough;
4 eggs
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp flour
2-3 tablespoons hot water
½ cup starch
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp of cocoa powder
For cream;
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons starch
2 cups milk
Whipped cream powder
1 banana
METHOD
For cream, put all ingredients in a pot (except for vanilla and whipped cream) and cook them for 10 min. Add vanilla and move it from the heat. When it's cool add whipped cream and beat it.
Separate egg whites and yolks for sponge.
Beat egg yolks with sugar until well combined, and then add other ingredients.
Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until they are completely frothy.
Now combine the egg whites with yolks mixture.
Take a small portion of the dough and add some cocoa, and squeeze it with a bag, to the oven tray lined with parchment paper.
Spread white dough over it and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
When you get it out of the oven, just roll it and let it cool down.
Now cut it on half and then each half on 6 slices.
Fill it with cream and banana slice and roll it.
Decorate with the rest of the cream and some sprinkles.
