Pasta with pumpkin and bacon: a mouth-watering dish

Pumpkin and bacon are a perfect combination, for an autumn dish with a rich and delicious flavor. Try this recipe, you won't be disappointed!

INGREDIENTS
Serves 2:
150 grams of tubettoni
2 slices of bacon, diced
1/2 pumpkin, diced
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of chili
1 sprig of parsley
2 cloves garlic
Parmesan or pecorino
Ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Dice the bacon and the pumpkin. Now put the oil and the garlic cloves in a pan and leave it over medium heat for a few minutes. Once the garlic is removed, add two or three bacon sticks with the parsley stalks, leaving them in the oil to flavor. Now, over low heat, add the pumpkin and the diced bacon. Start cooking, add vegetable broth. Add a pinch of salt, ground black pepper and chilli pepper. After 20 minutes of cooking, the pumpkin is ready. Remove the large pieces of bacon from the bottom; now pour the hot water inside the pan and cook the pasta. When the pasta is cooked, add the cheese and serve.
