Easy Italian Appetizer Recipe: Scamorza Pizzaiola

Ingredients:
2 slices scamorza cheese
1 slice stale bread
1 saucer cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons EVO oil
Oregano
salt
pepper
Directions:
Fry the garlic in a pan and then add the tomatoes. Add salt and cook until they are very soft. Remove the garlic and add the oregano.
Cube the bread and sauté it in the pan to toast it.
Dip the scamorza in the sauce for just over a minute.
