Chickpea and vegetable balls: a genuine, delicious recipe

Ingredients:
200g chickpeas
3 peppers, finely chopped
1 can sweet corn
4 carrots, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 green cabbage
marjoram
Thyme
salt and pepper to taste
 
Direction:
In a pan, sauté cabbage, onion, oil and water. Soften the chickpeas in water for 8 hours and cook them in pot for 15-20 minutes, then mix them. Add carrots, peppers, corn and cabbage. Add salt, herbs and spices. Form some balls and let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes. Then place them on a greased pan and bake them for 15-20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
