Pasta with gorgonzola and walnuts: two flavors that will make your dish special

Ingredients:
200g paccheri
Gorgonzola
 
1 garlic clove
25g pine nuts
70g oil
35g grated cheese
18g walnuts
30g breadcrumbs
150g milk
pepper
salt
 
Directions:
Immediately cook the paccheri if they require slow cooking. Then put the walnuts to boil for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, wet the breadcrumbs in the milk, then mix with the walnuts, pine nuts, garlic and cheese. Add oil and milk a little at a time. Melt some gorgonzola in a pot or pan and mix with a couple of tablespoons of walnut sauce. Season the paccheri and serve.
