How to remove sand from clams: an effective method

Despite the unique taste of clams, it is always annoying to find residual sand in the dish. Here's the trick to prevent this from happening. In a bowl, pour about 2 liters of water, then dissolve 70 grams of salt. Put the clams and cover with a lid and a kitchen towel. Let them rest for 6-12 hours and then remove them with a ladle.
