Pesto Puff Pastry Wreath: the beautiful Christmas recipe to delight your guests!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
180g (3/4 cup) of cream cheese
120g of smoked salmon
Green olives
Cherry tomatoes
Egg for egg wash
Poppy seeds
Sesame seeds
METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry on a working surface, put the bowl in the middle, and press a little bit to form a print. Cut the dough into 8 pieces and spread the cream cheese.
2. Arrange the smoked salmon on the cream cheese and fold the flaps by pressing them well. Add a few more pieces of the salmon in the middle, cut the inner part, and fold inwards.
3. Transfer to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and arrange the green olives and cherry tomatoes.
4. Brush the garland with the egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame seeds. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F 25 minutes.
5. Serve the garland on the plate, cut it into slices, and serve.
