Stuffed buns: the original method to make them!

INGREDIENTS
150ml (2/3 cup) of milk 
150ml (2/3 cup) of water 
7g of dry yeast  
450g (3 2/3 cups) of flour
1/3 tsp of salt  
3 boiled potatoes 
1/2 tsp salt  
1/2 tsp paprika  
Melted butter 
Shredded mozzarella 
Egg yolk 

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together milk, water, sugar, and dry yeast. Add in flour, and salt. Let it rise for 2 hours.
2. In another bowl mix together boiled potatoes with salt and paprika.
3. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll out each, and spread with melted butter, wrap the dough around the glass, making a hole, and fill it with potato mixture and shredded mozzarella.
4. Press it with your hands and spread it with egg yolk.
5. Bake at 180°C ( 350°F) for 35 minutes.
