Tortilla basket: how to serve salad in a unique way!

Tortilla
Mixed salad
Olives
Cherry tomatoes
Mozzarella
Feta cheese
Dressing

METHOD
1. Place a flour tortilla on a flower-shaped baking tray. Bake for 7 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
2. Filled with salad, mozzarella pearls, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, olives and dressing.
