INGREDIENTS
Potatoes
Onions
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs
Oregano

METHOD
1. Pour olive oil on a baking tray.
2. Peel and cut several potatoes, cut them into slices.
3. Cut the red onion into slices.
4. Arrange alternating slices in the baking tray until full.
5. Pour a little more oil on top of all the slices.
6. Add salt, pepper, oregano, and breadcrumbs.
7. Bake for 40 minutes at 190°C/374°F.
