Hot milk cake: how to make it soft and spongy!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
250g (1 cup) sugar
350g (2 ½ cup) flour
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
80g (1/3 cup) butter
250ml (1 cup) milk
Vanilla

METHOD
- In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.
- Melt the butter in the milk and add the vanilla.
- Beat eggs with sugar. Gradually add the previously prepared mixtures and mix well.
- Pour into a baking tin and bake at 360°F/180°C for 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
