Stringy triangles: super tasty and easy to prepare!

A super easy appetizer to try! 
 
INGREDIENTS
1 potato
¼ tsp pepper
8 slices of bread
Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
200g breadcrumbs

METHOD
  1. Peel, cut, and boil the potato. Strain and mash until you get a puree. Add black pepper and mix.
  2. Flatten a slice of bread, add a little potato puree, grated cheese, more puree, and close in the shape of a triangle. Seal the edges with a fork.
  3. Coat each triangle with beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown.
