Frosted pastries: delicious and easy to prepare at home!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg white
Lemon juice drops
150g powdered sugar
50g apricot jam
Puff pastry
METHOD
- Cut a slice of puff pastry into several symmetrical rectangles. Arrange on a baking sheet neatly.
- Beat the egg white, add a few drops of lemon juice, and gradually pour in icing sugar while whisking continually.
- Brush the icing sugar mixture over each puff pastry rectangle.
- Strain the jam to remove lumps, place it in a piping bag and decorate each rectangle. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
