Round stuffed zucchini: the perfect recipe for a delicious dinner!

The result is so delicious!
INGREDIENTS
4 round zucchinis
Cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Basil
5 tbsp parmesan
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
Eggs
Milk
Salt & pepper

Salt & pepper
METHOD
- Cook the zucchini in a pot of hot water for 4 minutes.
- Cut off the top of each zucchini, remove the stuffing and place in a pan, add milk, bread crumbs, grated parmesan, salt, pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into each zucchini hole, leaving a space in the center to pour in an egg. Bake at 180° C (356 °) for 40 minutes.
