Orange frozen dessert: the fresh idea for your perfect afternoon break!

So easy to make, you'll love the result!
INGREDIENTS
Orange shells
3 egg yolks
150g powdered sugar
150ml heavy cream
10ml vanilla extract
40ml orange juice
1 orange zest
230g mascarpone
METHOD
- Mix powdered sugar, heavy cream, orange juice, mascarpone, egg yolks, orange zest, and vanilla extract very well with a blender.
- Pour the mixture into several orange skins. Decorate with a little orange zest. Freeze for 1 hour.
