Cabbage cake: beautiful and really tasty!

Here's an easy and delicious way to cook cabbage!

INGREDIENTS

Cabbage

500 g minced meat

50 g rice

Tomatoes

2 garlic cloves

1 onion

1 carrot

Salt & pepper

Vegetable oil

METHOD

Cut out the cabbage stem and microwave for 12 minutes. Grease a circular oven dish.
Remove several leaves from the cooked cabbage and place several in the dish.
Mix the meat with garlic, tomatoes, rice, salt and pepper. Cut an onion, slice a carrot, and add to the meat mixture. Mix well.
Pour half of the mixture on top of the cabbage leaves. Add more leaves and pour the other half of the meat mixture on top. Cover with cabbage leaves and close up.
Brush with oil. Bake at 190 ° C (374 ° F) for 50 minutes with the lid on.
