INGREDIENTS
 Eggs

METHOD
  1. Separate the yolk from the white.
  2. Place a medium bowl in the center of a pan and pour the yolk around the bowl, let it cook. Remove the bowl without breaking the edge of the yolk.
  3. Place another smaller bowl in the center and cover the edge with pure egg white. Let it cook. Remove the bowl and fill the center with pure egg yolk. Let cook.
