Tomato flowers: a fun idea to surprise your guests!

Ingredients:
- 6 Tomatoes
- Eggplant
- 200 g cheese
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp dill
Preparation:
- Cut the tomatoes in half.
- Remove all the pulp from each one.
- Place them face down on kitchen paper to dry.
- Cut the eggplant in half and then each half into thin slices and fry them in a pan with a little oil.
- Grate cheese, garlic and finely chop the dill.
- Add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Fill each tomato with the mixture.
- Cut the tops of the tomato into slices and alternate them with the eggplant slices, forming a row.
- Spread some of the mixture along one side and roll up the slices.
- Place on top of each tomato forming a flower.
