Tomato flowers: a fun idea to surprise your guests!

Ingredients:

6 Tomatoes
Eggplant
200 g cheese
100 g mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp dill

Preparation:

Cut the tomatoes in half.
Remove all the pulp from each one.
Place them face down on kitchen paper to dry.
Cut the eggplant in half and then each half into thin slices and fry them in a pan with a little oil.
Grate cheese, garlic and finely chop the dill.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Fill each tomato with the mixture.
Cut the tops of the tomato into slices and alternate them with the eggplant slices, forming a row.
Spread some of the mixture along one side and roll up the slices.
Place on top of each tomato forming a flower.
