Chocolate tiramisu crepes cake: how to prepare this delight

Ingredients:
Crepes:
4 Eggs
120g Flour
60g Sugar
60g Olive oil
400g (1 2/3) Milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
To create coffee crapes additional:
½ Cup coffee + 1 Tbsp flour
To create chocolate crepes additional:
1/3 Cup coffee + 1 Tbsp cocoa powder +1 Tsp Flour
Cream:
4 Egg yolks
80g Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla extract or vanilla beans
226g Mascarpone cheese
2 Cups Cold heavy cream
3 Tbsp sugar
Additional to coffee layer crapes cocoa powder
Additional to a chocolate layer crapes cocoa powder + ½ Cup chocolate + 3 Tbsp heavy cream
Directions:
Crepes: place all the ingredients in a mixer and mix all together. Divide the batter in two bowls and mix one of this with 1/3 Cup coffee + 1 Tbsp cocoa powder +1 Tsp Flour. Cook the crepes.
Cream: heat yolks, sugar and vanilla. Then add the other ingredients and mix all together. Assemble the cake and enjoy it.
