Sponge chocolate and whipped cream cake: beautiful and delicious

Ingredients:
Dough:
4 eggs
190 gr sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
50 ml milk
50 ml oil
120 gr flour
30 gr cocoa
1 sachet of baking powder
300 ml milk for the bath
400 ml whipping cream
Chocolate sauce:
400 ml milk
50 gr sugar
1 tablespoon of corn starch
15 gr cocoa
100 gr dark chocolate
Directions:
Dough: whip the eggs with the sugar, then add flour, cocoa, vanilla sugar and yeast. Pour the mixture into a 28x28 cm pan and bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
Sauce: dissolve sugar, starch and cocoa in milk. Thicken and add the dark chocolate.
Wet the dough with milk and then cover with the cream and chocolate sauce. Leave in the fridge for an hour before serving.
