Garlic and rosemary potatoes: how to make them crispy outside and tender inside!

Here's a tip to make the best garlic potatoes ever in a few steps!
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 sprig of rosemary
4 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves
3-4 springs of thyme
1kg small potatoes
Baking paper

METHOD
- Pour olive oil into a bowl.
- Add pepper, salt, rosemary, 4 crushed garlic cloves, thyme and add the potatoes until well mixed.
- Pour the potatoes on a baking sheet and wrap them with baking paper.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF). The cut the top part of the baking paper and grill the potatoes at 200ºC for 7 minutes until crispy and golden.
