Fried cabbage: a delicious way to cook it!

1) Cabbage breadcrumbs
INGREDIENTS
• 3 eggs
• Cabbage
• Breadcrumbs
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• Breadcrumbs
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
METHOD
- Cut cabbage in half, then cut in half again.
- Put it in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Cover each quarter of cabbage with breadcrumbs, then dip in the beaten egg with pepper and salt and cover with breadcrumbs again.
Fry.

2) Cabbage nuggets
INGREDIENTS
• Onion
• Cabbage
• 1 tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Pepper
• 2 eggs
• 70g semolina
• 1 tsp dill
• Cabbage
• 1 tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Pepper
• 2 eggs
• 70g semolina
• 1 tsp dill
METHOD
- Finely slice cabbage and cook in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Fry some diced onion and add to the cabbage, add 2 eggs, semolina, dill, salt, pepper and mix.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Form small balls with the mixture and fry.
