Soft cannoli with cream and fruit: a delicacy to try right now!

So easy to make, the result is too delicious not to try them!
INGREDIENTS
- 50 g flour
- 2 medium eggs
- 50 g sugar
For filling:
- 300 ml cream 33-35%
- 30g sugar
- 200g strawberries
METHOD
- Take a small plate and draw a circle around it on a baking paper. Mix together flour, eggs and sugar and put the mixture into drawn circles. Bake 180°C for 8min. Then put a wet towel on cannolis and keep it away for 5min.
- For the filling mix the cream with sugar. Then put the cream into cannolis and add some strawberries.
