Stuffed potato with bell peppers and chicken: the tasty and easy meal

Ingredients:
3 large potatoes
Oil, salt and thyme
300 gr chicken
1 chopped onion
1 cup of bell peppers
3 tbsp of oil
Black pepper and chili pepper
Bechamel
Grated cheese
Directions:
Peel and empty the potatoes. Spread oil and thyme, bake at 400°F (200°) for 25 minutes.
Brown the chopped onion and add chicken and bell peppers. Mix and unite black and chili pepper.
Fill the potatoes and top with bechamel and cheese. Bake for the other 10 minutes.
