Mushroom skewers: a fun idea to try right now!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg mushroom
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper 
 - Breadcrumbs
- Water
- Oil
 
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl put the flour, baking soda, pepper, garlic, salt, water and mix together.
  2. Insert the toothpicks into the mushrooms, then put them first into the batter, secondly into bread crumbs and fry.
