Cheddar japanese cheesecake: the fluffy and beautiful dessert

Ingredients:
60 gr cheddar cheese
3 eggs
50 gr flour
50 gr sugar
50 gr butter
140 gr milk
8 gr lemon juice
Directions:
Melt the cheddar cheese into the warm milk, then add the butter. Separate the yolk from the whites and beat the yolks. Mix the cheddar mixture with yolk and set aside. Whip the whites with lemon juice. Unite the two mixtures and pour into a mold. Bake at:
240°F (120°) for 20 minutes
300°F (150°) for 15 minutes
200°F (100°) for 30-40 minutes
