Honey garlic salmon and smashed potatoes: tender and delicious

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 Lbs Salmon
salt and pepper to taste
For the potatoes:
20 or 25 baby potatoes
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 TBS butter
1 TBS olive oil
2 cloves garlic
For the sauce
2 TBS butter
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup honey
2 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS dijon mustard
Directions:
Season the salmon with salt and pepper, set aside. Boil the potatoes and smash them, season and bake at 425°F (218°) for 45 minutes.
Brown the salmon and set aside, in the same pan melt the butter and mix with garlic, honey, soy sauce and mustard. Amalgamate with salmon, add potatoes and serve.
