How to make a perfect Naan, the tasty Indian bread

Ingredients:
500g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter or lard
2 cloves of garlic
Parsley
50g melted butter
Directions:
Place flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, olive oil and lard in a bowl. Stir until you have a dough and let it rise for an hour.
Seasoning: chop the garlic and parsley and combine them with the melted butter.
Divide and spread the dough and cook it in a non-stick pan. Brush the seasoning during cooking.
