Easy Mini Quiches: expensive to buy, but so simple to make!

These mini quiches are so quick and easy you could get your little one to help you. They are great for entertaining, for kids' parties and as a snack!

INGREDIENTS
- refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup ham
- 2 tablespoons minced chives
- 1 red pepper
- 1/3 cupmilk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
 
METHOD
Cut out circles form pie crust. Cut ham, chives and red pepper. Make muffins stuffed with cheddar cheese, ham, chives and red pepper. Mix eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Fill muffins with
mixed eggs. Bake 10min 190°C.
