Stuffed pancakes: warm and fluffy with warm chocolate inside!

100 g hazelnut cream
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sugar
METHOD
- Pour hazelnut cream into a piping bag. Make spirals and freeze.
- Separate the white and yolk from the eggs. Add baking powder, milk, flour and add the mixture to the yolks.
- Beat the whites and pour ¡ into the yolk mixture a little at a time.
- Pour the mixture into a circular mold in a pan. Place the frozen spiral of hazelnut cream and pour more mixture on top. Cook on both sides.
