How to make panna cotta with berries: delight your palate with this dish

Ingredients:
150g of vegetable milk
100g of soy cream
1 tsp (4g) of agar powder
50g of honey
1 tsp of vanilla extract
120g of frozen berries
20g of brown sugar
Directions:
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the agarantina (or agar) and dissolve the powder with a whisk. Put the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, counting 2 minutes from the moment it boils. Allow the milk to cool a couple of minutes, then add the cream, vanilla and honey. Mix all the ingredients and pour the mixture into slightly damp molds. Allow the panna cotta to cool for about half an hour, then transfer it to the fridge for 3 hours. For the wild berry sauce, transfer the frozen berries (you can also use the fresh ones) and the brown sugar to a pan. Cook the berries until the fruit melts. Turn out the panna cotta on the serving plate and pour the wild berry sauce.
