Cut out small hearts from the sponge cake: a simple and yummy dessert

The author of this recipe gives us a quick and tasty idea; it all starts from a simple sponge cake, previously divided in half and filled with peach jam, then cut out lovely hearts with a heart-shaped cookie cutter. The jam hearts will be covered with chocolate ganache. Let it cooled, decorate to taste, and you're done! We are sure you'll enjoy the result!
