Cake with egg whites and no butter: soft and delicious

Ingredients:
250g flour
170g powdered sugar
200ml egg whites
170ml water
60ml seed oil
Grated peel
1 lemon (juice)
1/2 sachet baking powder
 
A recipe without butter and milk for a really soft cake with a delicate flavor.
