For an alternative and perfect American style breakfast there is nothing better than scrambled eggs.
Ingredients:
1 egg
Grated cheese
salt
pepper
1 tomato

Directions:
Beat the eggs with cheese, salt and pepper. Then pour into the tomato and bake at 170°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
