Artichoke frittata: this delicious dish is ready in a few minutes

Ingredients:
2 artichokes, large
1/2 leek
3 eggs
Lemon
Grated cheese
Beer
salt
Olive oil
black pepper
 
Directions:
Clean and cut the artichokes and put them in water with lemon juice.
Then put in pan with olive oil, leek and salt. Cook and soften adding a little beer. Separately, beat the eggs with cheese, salt and pepper. Pour the artichokes in the bowl with the eggs and cook the frittata in a pan.
