Homemade Hazelnut, Almond & Peanut Brittle: Also Great As A Gift

Ingredients for almond brittle:
225g almonds (roasted in the oven at 180°C - 360°F for 5 minutes)
300g sugar
150g water
70g glucose syrup
Ingredients for hazelnut brittle:
225g hazelnuts, toasted
300g sugar
150g water
70g glucose syrup
Ingredients for peanut brittle:
225g roasted peanuts, already cleaned
300g sugar
150g water
70g glucose syrup
Directions:
After toasting the almonds, mix them in a pan with sugar, water and syrup. Then pour the mixture into a pan and roll out with parchment paper, allow it to cool for 5 minutes and cut into rectangles.
Repeat the same procedure for hazelnuts and peanuts.
