Mostaccioli Recipe: Italian Christmas Treats

Ingredients:
330g all-purpose flour 
100g sugar
25g cocoa powder
165g toasted almonds
50g honey
50g apricot jam
50ml orange juice
60ml bitter coffee
60ml seed oil
orange zest
5 grams ammonia for cakes
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of cloves
pinch of nutmeg
 
Glaze:
400g dark chocolate
 
Directions:
Blend the almonds, then in a bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Then add the orange peel, ammonia and various aromas. Mix and add coffee, juice, oil, jam and honey. Knead the dough until combined and shape a dough. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then roll it out and make rhombus. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 10 minutes. Then melt the chocolate and pour it on the mostaccioli, let it cool and serve.
