Risotto with pears, gorgonzola and walnuts: a creamy, delicious dish

Ingredients:
220g wholegrain rice  
150g sweet gorgonzola
2 pears
6 walnuts
2 knobs butter
White wine to taste
Vegetable broth to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
 
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large pan and toast the rice. Then pour the wine for blending and stir constantly. When the wine starts to absorb, add the stock. When the rice is almost cooked add the gorgonzola and the pears. Finally serve with walnuts.
