Place an egg in the coffee: the Norwegian recipe

Norwegian coffee is made by adding an egg to the ground coffee, then water is added and everything is brought to a boil. The egg binds to coffee grains making them fall to the bottom, so there is no need for filtering. The main feature is the presence of protein in the egg that makes the drink richer!
