Jelly oranges: a delicious treat that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
500g oranges (250ml juice)
3 tbsp gelatin
Water
200ml water
65g (1/3 cup) sugar
Orange essence
Orange food color
METHOD
- Mix gelatin with water and let it rest.
- Cut the oranges in half, squeeze them until you get 250 ml of juice. Save the orange peel for later.
- Pour the juice into a pan, add water, and mix.
- Heat on a medium flame and add the sugar until it boils. Add the gelatin and mix again. Remove from the heat and strain the mixture. Add food coloring and orange essence. Place the orange peels on a muffin tray and pour the mixture into each of them.
- Let cool and refrigerate for 6 hours. Cut the oranges into half to serve.
