Scottish eggs: how to make this tasty and original dish

Ingredients:
6 eggs + 2 for coating
250 of pork minced meat
200 g of sausage
1 tbsp of Worcester sauce
4 tbsp of flour
4 tbsp of breadcrumbs
Salt, pepper, paprika
Frying oil
Directions:
1. Boil the eggs, let cool and peel them.
2. Mix meat, salt, pepper, Worcester sauce and paprika in a bowl.
3. Wrap hard boiled eggs with the meat mixture.
4. Coat them with flour, then dip them in whisked eggs and lastly coat them with breadcrumbs.
5. Fry in hot oil until golden.
