Autumn tarts: the simple and delicious idea with dried fruits

Ingredients:
For the shortcrust pastry dough:
240 g of flour
60 g icing sugar
30 g of almond flour
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
140 g of butter
1 egg
For the caramel:
150 g sugar
250 ml of full cream
70 g of butter
For the dried fruit:
400 g of dried fruit of your choice
Directions:
1. Shortcrust pastry: in a bowl mix flour, icing sugar, almond flour and vanilla sugar.
2. Then add butter and egg.
3. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Roll out the pastry and shape the tarts.
5. Bake at 170° for 15 minutes.
6. Bake the dried fruit at 200° for 3-5 minutes.
7. Prepare the caramel and then add the dried fruit.
8. Fill the tarts.
