Parsley Potato Chips: the beautiful side dish to make in just a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes
Parsley
Olive oil
Cornstarch

METHOD
1. Cut several thin slices of potato using a potato peeler.
2. Brush with olive oil half of them. Place a sprig of parsley on each potato with oil.
3. Sprinkle cornstarch on top and place the other slice on top.
4. Fry until golden.
