Orange marshmallow: a soft and delicious idea!

INGREDIENTS
150g sugar
80ml tangerine pulp
50ml water
5 g agar agar
35ml egg white
35g sugar
Cornstarch
Powdered sugar
Red coloring

METHOD
1. Place the tangerine segments in a blender.
2. Stir and bring to a boil.
3. Add sugar, water, agar agar, and red coloring.
4. Mix egg whites with sugar and while beating gradually pour the mixture from the pot.
5. Pour the mixture into a piping bag.
6. Form several roses and let them stand until solidified.
7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cornstarch.
